Today’s video of the day comes from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and St. Thomas High the #1 ranked football team in the country in 2008. Running back Beau Bucci was one of many talented players that made up the undefeated St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders State 5-A Championship team. Bucci used his great speed, quickness and vision to cut up defenses for 589 yards rushing, 8.7 yards per carry and six touchdowns. Bucci did so while sharing the load with three other backs. Bucci was second on the team in yards per carry average. Out of the backfield, Bucci caught eight passes for 101 yards and 3 touchdowns. Amazingly, Bucci, who is a class of 2009 prospect is still looking for a school. Sometimes, great players get lost on great teams and Bucci is a glaring example of that. If you are college coach with a remaining scholarship, Beau Bucci is a player that can round off your class and contribute to your success. Look at Beau Bucci’s 2008 highlight video.
