Today’s Video of the Day comes from the great state of Virginia which has produced it’s fair share of NFL football players. It’s our first video of the day from this state but certainly won’t be our last. Guys like Aramide Olaniyan are the reason why the long count was invented. Even with that tactic being used by offenses facing Woodberry Forest High School, Olaniyan still gets into the backfield and makes play after play after play. I don’t think I have seen a film this season where a player has made so many plays in the backfield and caused so many lost yards. Olaniyan’s burst off the line and quickness has surely made quite a few offensive coordinators drop F-bombs. The junior recorded 27 tackles for losses inlcuding 13 sacks in 2008. He recently shunned offers from the likes of Michigan, Tennessee, UCLA and Auburn in favor of Duke because they offered the best academic program. Here! Here! Watch Olaniyan destroy offensive blocking schemes and play designs. Aramide Olaniyan’s highlight video.
