Senior’s Four Interceptions Leads Team to Playoff Win
He has proclaimed himself to be “the best in the nation” and Friday Night he stated his case. Senior transfer Latwan Anderson paid big dividends for Glenville High School and head coach Ted Ginn Sr. when plucked four St. Ignatius passes and returned them a combined 196 yards. Anderson’s biggest theft came as St. Ignatius was trying to state a comeback. Down 23-13, St. Ignatius drove into the red zone with the threat of a score. That was until Anderson stepped in front of a Mark Myer’s pass and raced 99 yards the other way for a touchdown. “That was the best game of my life,” Anderson was quoted as saying after the game. You can view Anderson’s exploits video amongst the other big plays in the exciting game from the video below courtesy of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Anderson’s jersey number is #1 (there’s a surprise!)
